Return Policy

At 212 Diamond City we believe the essance of online shopping should be as simple as possible. This is why we have created a very straightforward return policy that allows us to keep the restocking fees low and our customers happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item when you receive it you may return the item for a refund minus fees that apply. Our goal is to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and this is why we are flexible and willing to work with you whether its voiding a restocking fee or extending your return policy. A return must be made within 12 days of receiving* the item for a refund or exchange. All refunds are subject to the terms, conditions and fees below.

*Receiving the item is determined by the date the item/package was received, whether delivered or picked up.

Return Information

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for return shipping
charges. If the free shipping option was used, a $10.00 fee will be deducted for the
original shipment of the item to you.

Returned Items

All items which have been returned will be visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear or modifications prior to the issuance of any refunds or exchanges. If the returned item has been used or modified the item is non refundable or returnable and therefore the return policy does not apply to that specific item. Modifications include but are not limited to ring sizing, custom order, engraving, gold dipping or any item we adjusted or manufactured to your specification.

Any items that we receive after the 12 day return period will not be eligible for return or exchange. We will hold the item until return shipping fee of $10 for domestic and $40 for international shipments is paid, this fee is for shipping via USPS priority mail only.

Return Process

Return Authorization Number

In order to process your return as quickly as possible, we require that you obtain a Return for Authorization number (RAN) from a customer service representative by emailing us at or by phone at 1-516-234-0514. We will not accept any returned merchandise without a RAN, so please make sure you obtain one before sending back your item.
