Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Our regular order processing time is from 12 - 48 hours. For domestic shipments the standard shipping time for orders shipped via Free USPS Priority shipping is 2 - 3 business days. We also provide 2 day air shipping and overnight shipping. International shipping can take anywhere from 2 - 7 business days depending on which shipping service is selected.

Q: How much is the shipping cost?

A: We provide free domestic shipping via USPS priority mail, also available is a 2nd day air shipping for $15.00 and overnight shipping from $30.00. International shipping is $40.00 for USPS global express and $60.00 for FedEx International priority.

Q: Do you ship to other countries?

A: Yes, we ship to countries all over the world.

Q: Can I ship my order to a different address?

A: Sure, please call you credit card company and add the address you would like us to ship the item to your account, then enter this address as your billing address (for your security you must enter your present billing phone number, one of our representatives will call you on this number to verify your information). Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.

Q: What shipping companies do you use and do you require signature upon delivery?

A: We use mostly FedEx and USPS for our deliveries. All our packages require signature upon delivery and will not be left at the door or any other place unattended. If you are not available to sign for your package please contact us or you can contact your chosen carrier to arrange a pickup of your package from a FedEx or USPS location nearest to you.
