Our warranty covers manufacturers defects as well as accidental damage. Covering accidental damage is something that most jewelry stores do not offer but because we value our customers and stand behind our merchandise we offer this priceless service to you at no extra cost. Q: Will I be charged sales tax?

A: All packages shipped within New York State are subject to the New York State Sales Tax of 8.875%.

Q: Do you provide layaway or financing?

A: Yes we provide layaway. Our layaway policy is very flexable and depends on what type of item you are looking to purchase and approxamitly how long it will take to pay for the item. Please contact us to make arrangements to put an item on layaway.

Q: How will I keep track of my order's progress when I submit an order on your website?

A: We will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will also be emailed to you once the item is shipped.

Q: Can I change my order once it has been submitted?

A: Sure, If you contact us after placing the order we will make the changes that you request.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes you can cancel the order as long as the item has not been shipped. If the item has been shipped and you want to cancel the order please contact us directly.
